Riverfront Place Tower II Construction Underway
On the banks of the Missouri River, a 225-foot tower crane stands next to the emerging silhouette of Riverfront Place Tower II, the second phase of the downtown high-rise condominiums being constructed by Boyd Jones. When completed, the 16-story tower, constructed of cast-in-place concrete, will be the tallest custom condominium building in the State. Tower II will provide 51 custom homes ranging in size from 929 to over 4,000 square feet. Classic design elements in each home include 9 foot 10 inch ceilings, natural hardwood flooring, gas fireplaces with a marble hearth and surround, maple and cherry cabinetry, granite counters and vanities, and porcelain, ceramic or marble tile flooring. An environmentally friendly roof system is being constructed on the third and fifteenth floors, with space for urban gardens. Other amenities include a rooftop fitness center, owner’s lounge and roof deck, a secured, two-story parking garage with heated parking, and private balconies, each with a spectacular view of the river. A trail constructed along the banks of the river provides Riverfront residents easy access to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and all the recreational and community activities taking place along the burgeoning riverfront.
